As a fully qualified Counsellor I offer support in a safe and supportive space to help the client develop valuable skills to address the underlying cause of the stress. Empowering clients to recognise their own strengths, I provide professional guidance, emotional support, coping strategies and opportunities for personal growth, self-discovery and overall well-being.
My role involves guiding clients in the formulation of improved coping strategies while aiding them in identifying triggers that could be impacting negative thought patterns.
