Perfectionism & Self Compassion
Perfectionism encompasses various personal traits, characterised by high expectations, self-examination, and a fixation on mistakes. However, certain forms of perfectionism are linked to a lack of self-compassion, where acknowledging one’s own personal challenges and embracing self-care becomes a challenge. Through mindfulness, I aim to assist you in cultivating self-kindness, and recognising our shared humanity, acknowledging that being human means embracing imperfection and fallibility.
