Visualization is a way to imagine somewhere peaceful, visualization can transport you away from feelings of anxiety and into a place of peace and tranquility.
Taking time out to be in the moment while focusing on your breathing, can help regulate your nervous system. Engaging in mindfulness or meditation techniques by focusing on the present moment, listening to the waves roll in and out, helps promote self-awareness.
